Mission Statement The mission of APLUS is to promote the goals of the United States Postal Service, unify and mentor African-American EAS/PCES employees and to monitor the statistical progress of minorities in hiring, promotions, separations, details and assignments while forming beneficial alliances with organizations such as the NAACP, LUNA, NETWORK, corporate sponsors, and other supporters.
