The 38th National A-PLUS Convention held in Hanover Maryland on April 1-4, 2025, at the Live Hotel and Casino was exciting.

This is a challenging time for A-PLUS and the United States Postal Service, as we continue to grow and adapt, remaining always compliant, motivated and responsive. The A-PLUS organization and the United States Postal Service are encountering nationwide and global changes.

However, A-PLUS continues to thrive by bringing together passionate and driven individuals, creating opportunities that keep us at the forefront of progress. One exciting development on the horizon is our new initiative, Focus 40. This dynamic program is designed to elevate how we Mentor, Train, Network, and Support the professional growth of our members. As we face the evolving landscape of the United States Postal Service, Focus 40 empowers us to adapt, lead, and succeed—no matter the challenge.

We should all be proud of where we are today and excited about where we are headed. I invite you to join Focus 40 and encourage your co-workers. Keep checking our website and your emails for updates. I know YOU, as organization leaders, have the vision, knowledge and experience to help us pave our way into the future. You are our greatest asset today and tomorrow, and we could not accomplish what we do without your support and leadership.
