The Northeast Region proudly hosted the 39th National APLUS Convention from May 5-7, 2026, at the Embassy Suites in Dorado, Puerto Rico. The convention was truly remarkable, offering an unforgettable experience for everyone involved, and I thank everyone who attended this marvelous event. At the heart of APLUS lies a clear mission: to mentor, coach, and empower future leaders within the United States Postal Service.

I am dedicated to leading our members with unwavering integrity, open communication, and a forward-thinking approach. APLUS is committed to ensuring that every resource is used wisely, every decision aligns with our mission, and our collective efforts drive meaningful and lasting improvements both in our communities and in individual careers.

I encourage all members to make the most of our recently introduced Leadership Development Program, Focus 40. This initiative is designed to help you prepare for the next stage of your professional journey.
