A-PLUS was established by members of the Postal Career Executive Service on July 11, 1987, in Philadelphia, PA, who saw a growing need in the Postal Services.
The A-PLUS National Board has come up with several initiatives to support our members through training resources.
The National Convention is a meeting of the membership and is held annually.
